1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Products are eligible for return or exchange only if:

The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
Original tags and packaging are intact
The product is in its original condition

Products failing quality checks after return pickup may not be approved.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers
Customized or made-to-order products
Innerwear or personal-use items (if applicable)
Products returned without original tags or packaging

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive:

a damaged product
defective item
incorrect product
missing item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

clear photos/videos of the issue
packaging images

4. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

size issues
defective products
wrong item received

Exchange availability depends on stock availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, store credit or refund may be provided at Kaashini’s discretion.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned item passes quality inspection:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are credited to the original payment method or store credit, depending on the payment mode and order type

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

6. Return Pickup

Return pickup availability depends on serviceability in your area.

If reverse pickup is unavailable:

customers may be requested to self-ship the product
reasonable shipping reimbursement may be provided upon approval

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
reject fraudulent or excessive return requests
